What is the Flair Program?

The Flair Program is an alternative Provision designed to support young people who are struggling to engage with mainstream eduction but love to be active or practical.

About the Flair Program

The programme provides a safe, supportive and alternatively structured environment where participants can rebuild confidence, develop important life skills and rediscover a positive relationship with learning using their own distinct flair through a more physical, active and hands on approach.

We recognise that traditional education doesn't work for everyone, and that with the right support, role models and environment, young people can thrive.

Whether they are neurodiverse, experiencing EBSA (Emotional Based School Avoidance), or those with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) challenges, there's an environment to suit.
